David Jacobs Kotz is a dedicated public safety professional provider and educator. He is currently an active Firefighter / EMT with his local volunteer department. Kotz also is the founder of National Safety Training Center, Inc. a Delaware not for profit corporation and one of the largest independent training centers nationally. National Safety Training Center, Inc., certifies several thousand people annually in CPR / Lifeguarding / EMS.
