Seth Lawrence is the Food & Beverage Director at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Santa Claus, Indiana. Splashin’ Safari is one of the top water parks in the country with 3 top rated water coasters. Lawrence is responsible for the theme park and water park combined food and beverage operation with 36 locations and approximately 700 seasonal team members. Lawrence has 10 years of management experience and a passion for building a culture of excellence and fun with his F&B team. Lawrence is a founding member of the World Waterpark Association Food & Beverage Committee and currently sits as the secretary.
