Waterparks face increasing challenges in navigating issues of personality, identity, and accessibility.  Please join us for a panel that will overview the legal landscape of issues that aquatics facilities encounter and practical suggestions on how to respond and address the same.  Specifically, we will cover topics ranging from trending ADA claims, issues created by gender identity as it relates to restrooms and changing rooms, and how to address and defuse entitled guests who threaten legal and/or social media persecution of your facility and/or employees.  Participants will walk away with practical suggestions that will help Park Operations and Risk Management, with an eye towards not getting “canceled” for Park policies and practices.
