Join the Public Sector Committee for an interactive group discussion of all things public sector. We all know that operating a waterpark in the public sector brings its own unique gifts and challenges. During this attendee driven session, we want you to share your experiences. We’ll be discussing facility operation under the direction of a local government or park district, the strategies used to secure capital projects and facility upgrades, navigating the politics of local governing bodies, sharing victories from daily operation, how to keep up with the private parks in your area, brainstorm fundraising ideas, and attendee driven topics.  Bring your ideas and insights to share with your public sector colleagues.
