Brandon Jones is the current Aquatics Park Service Coordinator with the City of Baytown, TX where he oversees the maintenance and cleaning of two waterparks for the City – Calypso Cove and Pirates Bay Waterpark. These two facilities combined span across more than 7 acres and require over 60 team members to maintain popular attractions such as slides, a lazy river, wave pool, Flow Rider, and the first ever Ninja Cross system in North America. Jones has spent his entire working life in aquatics starting at 16 years old. He been on the maintenance side for the entirety. He has helped his facilities achieve numerous awards including Waterpark of the Year in Texas, Special Event of the year, and several other region and state awards. He sits on the Executive Board for The Texas Public Pool Council as the Region 4 Representative and on the Gulf Coast Aquatics Association Board. He attributes all his success to his team members from over the years and his management team for always pushing him to be better tomorrow than he was yesterday.
