Cody Butcher brings Neuman Group a vast and diverse knowledge of waterpark facilities from an operational perspective. As the Aquatics Coordinator for a community association, he was responsible for the operations and staff of a large indoor and outdoor facility for five years. Butcher then spent ten years growing his knowledge and passion for aquatics with the Great Wolf Lodge organization. With experience in a variety of positions, he ultimately advanced his understanding and respect for the impact that operations have on the aquatics facility by acting as a Certified Pool & Spa Operator Instructor and by getting involved with the CMAHC and Jeff Ellis & Associates Advisory Board. Butcher cares about providing a safe and entertaining environment that exceeds guests’ expectations while also addressing the challenges of efficiency and profitability in the corporate world.
