Connie Crowl

Connie Crowl is the Operations Manager for Kings Dominion where her focuses are on Rides, Park Services, Aquatics & Admissions. She has worked in the amusement industry for over 20 years. She began her career at Kings Dominion in April 2002 as a Front Gate Photo associate before moving into the Aquatics Department in 2003. She was then promoted to Aquatics Area Supervisor in 2007 before transitioning to the Operations Office in 2009. In 2015, Crowl became a Department Supervisor, overseeing all areas in Ride Operations. In 2018, she moved into her full time role as an Area Manager and later in 2021 she became the Operations Manager. Her passion for the industry continues to grow each year as she meets and trains new people. Crowl loves seeing growth and development of leadership and team members within themselves personally and professionally.
