Throughout her professional career at Royal Caribbean, Emily Rodriguez has focused on the experiential side of product development, helping to craft unique venues and spaces for guests. Her new role as Manager, Thrills & Attractions puts her at the center of all things fun & thrilling both on ships and private islands. She helped lead the development of distinct neighborhoods onboard the largest ship in the world, Icon of the Seas, which boasts the largest waterpark at sea. Rodriguez works to deliver wow-moments for guests, conceptualizing everything but the expected.
