Jen Rice, General Manager at Empire Recreation Management since 2020, oversees three WhoaZone floating aqua parks across the U.S. With an extensive background in attraction management and guest service, she spent over 12 years in operations and training leadership at Universal Orlando Resort. Previous to that, she owned two Fun Bus kids fitness franchises. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College with a BS in Hospitality Management, Rice brings a wealth of experience in creating exceptional outdoor recreation experiences.
