John Roche currently serves as the Recreation Manager/Aquatics Director for East Brunswick Recreation & Parks (NJ). In addition to his supervisory role of the Recreation Division, he oversees the seasonal operation of Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. He has over 20 seasons of aquatic experience at Crystal Springs. He volunteers his time as the Vice Chair of the WWA’s Public Sector Committee and as the Chair of the Aquatics Section of the New Jersey Recreation & Parks Association. Prior to joining the EB Recreation and Parks Department full-time, Roche worked as a high school educator for ten years.
