In 2010, Kristin Ardizoni joined Great Wolf Lodge as an Assistant Director of Aquatics, and later became the Director of Aquatics in 2015. Ardizoni worked in this role until 2022. In 2022, they joined Northgate Resorts as the Director of Aquatics. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Operations at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, starting from February 2023. From their career history, Ardizoni has gained extensive experience in management, operations, and aquatics.
