His expertise spans various facets, including brand architecture, strategic consumer targeting, tactical field marketing plans, creative strategy, customer acquisition, and fostering customer loyalty. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Loya holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. This academic pursuit reflects his commitment to continuous learning and his ambition to teach at the collegiate level. He has taken a sabbatical this season to focus on his doctoral studies.
