Patrick Morandi is a partner and the CEO of Roaring Springs Waterpark, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, and the Galaxy Event Center near Boise, Idaho. Over the past two decades, he has significantly expanded Roaring Springs, nearly doubling the number of attractions, enhancing the food & beverage options and establishing it as the Northwest’s largest waterpark. This includes a recent major expansion that received WWA’s Leading Edge Award in 2023. He has also spearheaded several expansion projects at the FEC and event center right next door. Additionally, Morandi is also a partner in the upscale restaurant, Crave Kitchen & Bar. He has been a member of the governor-appointed Idaho Travel Council for the past six years. He holds an associate degree in Travel & Tourism from Paul Smith’s College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. He began his career in the amusement industry in 1995 as the General Manager of Wild Island Family Adventure Park in Sparks, NV. Morandi is married to Tara and they have two daughters, Raija (11) and Tessa (10).
