Phil Hayles has worked for ProSlide Technology and been in the amusement industry for 20 years. During his tenure, he has played an integral and leading role in Business Development for ProSlide globally, including developing, nurturing, and growing regional strategy in both mature and developing markets, including the Americas, Asia, Europe and Australia. Hayles also specializes in account management for both corporate strategic accounts and development of independent, world-class waterparks such as Baha Bay.
