Ray Lauenstein is the Director of Business Development for ADG. For 15 years, he has been bringing an operational and guest experience mindset to the development and design conversation when it comes to creating successful projects, understanding the multiple attraction options available but also the ancillary items and services that make for a complete and profitable venue. Lauenstein holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College (NY) and an MS from Florida State University. His sense of adventure, humor and interest in human behavior make the leisure and recreation business a perfect fit as he calls on resorts, surf parks, waterparks, residential communities, and destination entertainment complexes promoting ADG’s streamlined approached to project planning, specialty design build construction services, total project budgeting and equipment systems such as our wave generation and EpicSurf surf systems.
