Sarah Suter is the managing attorney and owner of Suter Law & Advocacy LLC. Ms. Suter also serves as general counsel for Cowabunga Vegas, LLC which operates Cowabunga Bay Waterpark and Cowabunga Canyon Waterpark in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Suter is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include civil litigation, risk management, contracts, construction law, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect litigation. Ms. Suter had the distinct honor and privilege of assisting her fellow defense attorneys in forming the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers (“LVDL”) whose main focus is creating a more neutral and level playing field for civil defense litigants in Las Vegas. Ms. Suter was a founding board member of the LVDL and served as the chair of their Advocacy Committee from 2012 through 2017 and co-chaired their Funds Development Committee from 2017 through 2018. Ms. Suter also served as the Clark County Law Foundation, Let Freedom Ring Committee Chair.
